All items are held in stock (unless specifically stated) and we aim to despatch all orders received before 2.30PM the same day by either first-class mail or Royal Mail Stadard Parcel.  Orders received after this time will be posted the following day.

We also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery (24H) service Monday to Friday up to 4.00PM - we regret we are unable to offer this service after this time.

Please note that if you select the Special Delivery service then somebody must be at the address to sign for the parcel otherwise Royal Mail will take it to the local sorting office.  However, you can arrange for another delivery or collect from them.  Please note that although a 'guaranteed' service a very small number of items do not make it within 24hours.
